More than 25 years personal experience in professional automotive sales, sales training, automotive purchasing, reconditioning and sales management, I head a team that has a combined experience of over 60 years in complete auto restoration and maintenance. Combined our team has the drive the energy and the know how to get things done, we won't waste your time or money.
I've been around the block more than a few times, the team I got astounds me to no end. I am surprised every day by what can be done by people given the direction the company needs to go towards and letting the people, my team, make it happen. I learn from them daily.
Getting cars together is what I love and get to do, I make sure my people have the tools, the support and help they need to achieve their goals. Realistic and achievable - and then some- is our everyday working motto, we are car guys and gals, we don't just go to work to work, WE GET TO GO TO WORK, it's what we love and live for. I have to remind our guys to go home every night and have to come in a few hours early to beat them into the office or shop. With three work locations it's hard yet extremely rewarding to try and be everywhere and lead this team.
